1. Scope of Services

SmartLedger Advisors provides tax optimization consulting services under the domain smartledgad.com.

2. Use of the Website

The website at smartledgad.com is available for personal or corporate use. Users agree not to distort or misuse the content provided.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for consulting sessions, digital products, and merchandise are as specified during the booking or purchase process. Payment must be completed before access is granted.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consulting Services

Clients may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of the initial booking. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.

4.2 Digital Products

Digital resources, guides, and templates are final at the moment of delivery. Due to the instant nature of access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital product purchases.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical items may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To request a merchandise refund, please contact our team via the contact form. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Consulting sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients may reschedule a session once at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a fee as communicated at the time of the change request.

6. No-Refund Situations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consulting session are not eligible for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartLedger Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including delays or loss of data. In no event shall liabilities exceed the fees paid for the services in question.
